“My mission is to provide a therapeutic space where you can come as you are, embracing the integration of mind, body, and spirit, as we work together to cultivate healing, transformation, and self-acceptance”
Behind the Practice:
Welcome! I’m Shelley, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with 30 years of experience guiding individuals on their healing journeys. My work is rooted in a deep commitment to supporting others with compassion, understanding, and a holistic approach to well-being.
From a young age, I felt a deep connection to people’s struggles, which guided me toward a career in the helping profession. I believe in treating every individual with dignity and respect, empowering them to unlock their full potential and lead fulfilling lives. My approach is client-centered, recovery-focused, trauma-informed, and integrative, creating a safe and nurturing environment where healing and growth thrive.
My background in trauma and psychedelic therapy has reinforced my belief that you are your own greatest healer, and I’m here to help you reconnect with that part of yourself. I value the power of a genuine therapeutic alliance, built on authenticity, safety, and trust. I will meet you where you are, using a holistic, person-centered approach to co-create meaning and solutions.

Your Path to Wellness Starts Here:
Healing happens in connection, and I understand this cannot be forced, especially with a therapist. For this reason, I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation for us to learn more about how we might work together.
If you begin to feel that we are not the right fit, there is never any obligation to progress to the next session. Should this occur, I am happy to refer you to another counsellor who may be a better fit.
